Hope you give this mode a try and you should see me out on the air at some point. JT65-HF by W6CQZ looks like it is no longer available and the project is abandoned. JT Alert will interface to each of them as well, so you may need to reinstall JT Alert to configure it to see these programs.

This PC software can be installed on 32-bit versions of Windows XP/7/8/10. The program is categorized as System Utilities. JTDX supports JT9, JT65, T10, FT8 and FT4. It is modified WSJT-X software forked from WSJT-X r6462. This free software is a product of Ham-Apps by VK3AMA. JTDX means JT,T10 and FT8 and FT4 modes for DXing, it is being developed with main focus on the sensitivity and decoding efficiency, both, in overcrowded and half empty HF band conditions. The most popular versions of the Ham-Apps JT-Alert are 2.1 and 2.0.

I have downloaded and used the programs and they have some pretty neat features as well. Ham-Apps JT-Alert 2.1.2 is free to download from our software library. There are several other programs that do JT-65/JT-9 but I have found that I like the way WSJT-x works by keeping things simple. and enables JT65-HF and WSJT-X to interoperate with DXKeeper.

Go out to Youtube and do a search for WJST-x and find a couple of videos about operating in this mode - probably should have told you this first but we are amateur radio operators and we try stuff before reading everything. Ham-Apps JT-Alert is a useful helper application for JT65-HF. You can even have signals that are crossed over each other see both QSOs. What I find interesting and cool is how well, WSJT-x pulls signals from the noise, here is an image of a station calling from Japan and for me is right in some noise either caused by propagation conditions, antenna issues, computer noise, radio noise or interference.
